We're running on EOS.
Our staff has been hitting the books and implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). EOS takes the wisdom and practices from many authors and leaders and brings it into a simple operating system for businesses. Over 190,000 organizations around the world now run on EOS. We are finding it helps us maintain focus on what's important, and develop accountability in every seat in our company. To grow the way we want to, we knew it would take organization, focus, and the right people in the right seats.
