Video security should be easy to access and simple to manage.
I talk to people every week that have video security (cameras) that just does NOT do what they want. Either the recorder has quit, they can't remember the password, cameras are offline, there's no remote access to videos, or it's just plain HARD to use. To get what they want, people think they have to pay tens of thousands of dollars for an upgrade. And with most brands, most companies, they might. But if your cameras have decent video, why should you have to replace all of those? Well, it's because with most systems the cameras are not compatible with the recorder unless you get all the same brand. That's not the case with our cloud video solution. You can get on site recording or completely hands-off cloud recording for as little as 1/10 of the cost you might pay if you had to replace all of your cameras. We have replaced only a customer's head-end equipment and saved them thousands of dollars. Many systems are in the $1800-$3400 range for new head-end equipment, where they might have paid $20K-$40K for all new equipment plus new cameras. Now we can't do this with every camera system, but we have compatibility with close to 1500 cameras of all brands, resolutions, and features.
